Although it is really difficult for me to choose I would definitely say my fave book out of the trilogy of ‘the cruel prince’ is this specific book. Since, I really enjoyed Jude and Cardans chemistry as it was very much throughly presented within all the books and I was excited and suspenseful through the whole book as to what would happen and especially during the scenes between Jude and Cardan I was screaming 💀. In all honesty when I read books I tend to need to have romance included in the book otherwise I will NOT read it and get bored. That is why I LOVED this book series and although this book isn’t really 100% solely focused on Cardan and Jude / love / romance this book had MANY adventurous missions and a whole plot which makes it soooo much interesting than just a plain old romance which there is nothing wrong with that !! But once and again it is amazing and fun to read something new with twists and mysteries!!
