The books per se was good, I loved how it was full of plot twist, like when “ a certain caracther” betrayed Jude, but they also made it expectable, but they should have made him come into the book more.
I did not expect cardan to be the endgame, and I hated him during the first book but it was a nice change, the letter he wrote broke me and the way he thought about Jude made me jealous.
I loved the language been easier to understand for a non English reader.
I love the book cover although I expected more for been a popular book, but I’m the end it wasn’t bad.
I loved the interaction between the two but I will have liked more romance and it’s not really and enemy to lovers trope as many people recommend, it was too much political, I wanted them to dither the relationship between Judy and cardan.
I also was displeased on how cardan acted most of the time making no sense.
