Absolutely love this trilogy. Jude is an amazing character and a strong independent woman who doesn’t need any man to tell her what to do or help her in any way. She does what she needs to get what she wants and I love that.
I love the way the relationship between Cardan and Jude is played out. This will they won’t they follow their feelings plot is one of my favourites. And is done well to keep you interested in the relationship and not get bored of it.
The plot carries on nicely from the first, starting off soon after the first one. And is just as good as the first.
The world and magic systems are well thought out and beautifully done. The world building is so vivid and beautiful I can picture it perfectly whilst reading and it adds to the overall experience reading this book.
Overall I love it and would recommend to everyone who loves fantasy.
