This is one of those books you wish you could erase from your memory just to read again. Such a fun read. To be honest, I didn't expect to like this book that much at first because usually the first book of any series especially the ones that have love hate trope are interesting the second book tho, not so much. This book was something else, I loved every second of it, couldn't put it down (literally, I read it in one sitting). The fact that till the very last chapter I couldn't tell if I liked prince Cardan or not was refreshing. The plot twists are just thrilling, keep in mind it's also hard for me to encounter a book where I don't see the plot twists from chapters ahead, but as I said before this book was something else, Another thing I really liked about the book is Jude, her character, just like in the first book, was so complex, had depth, and her not being just "morally correct?" all the time made her character that much more interesting. Overall, great book, enjoying the series so far and I can't wait to read the next book in the series, just waiting till I have some free time on hand cause I know I won't be able to put the next one down!
