I am so glad that I was introduced to this series! After loving the first book and being very excited for the second one, it did not disappoint. I love everything about this book and it constantly left me wanting more. Before this series I completely dismissed fantasy as a genre that I would like but I am so excited to explore other areas of fantasy now! If you enjoyed the The Cruel Prince then you have to read this as it just builds so much on the first book and just keeps on giving on the drama and tension between Cardan and Jude. Holly Black has done such an amazing job of writing such an interesting and different female character and relationship between families and others. I am really looking forward to what more she has to say in the next book and others that she has written / that are coming out soon. I just can't get enough of these characters!
