Why does the price for a good book come at a cost of sleep? I feel like Jude, going through days with few hours of rest under my belt, and a regret of a book coming to an end too soon. Few hundred of pages melt away like a year and a day.
I am only a new fan of Holly Black's writing but I feel like she's enchanted me with her style of telling a story. It's been many years reading since I had a book calling my name every waking hour - trying to catch a few pages all the time.
I feel that the world of Faerie is possible and too real, for the share fact that it's not sweet and enchanting with magical sounds and dances, fruit and wine, charming Fairy men and their kisses. But full of wickedness of magical creatures and weakness of mortal bodies.
