Although this was probably my least favourite book of the series it was still amazing! Firstly, the cover is just gorgeous š and I canāt stop looking at it whenever i pass my bookshelf. Secondly, i love Judeā¦ i love her. She is such an amazing character and so driven and passionate to succeed in her mission itās refreshing to see such a strong, passionate and smart character! I love the fact that even as a mortal in a foreign fearie world she manages to outsmart ALL of the people who are meant to be above her! Cardan is also one of my favourite characters (he is the main character so itās a given š
) although it can be very irritating, i love how carelessly funny he is. Itās like he doesnāt care about anything in the world (which he probably doesnāt other than Jude) and i love how he shows affection to Jude in his own way!
But the best part is the plot!!!!! Itās so original and refreshing and although itās a fantasy book itās not very heavy on the fantasy which makes this a very nice light read. The constant plot twists make me excited for every chapter after the one iām reading and I couldnāt put this book down.
