A Fun Wild Ride
When Tabitha's first love, Connor, walks into the diner where she works many years later, a romance is rekindled. However, Connor is married - to an extremely wealthy woman. When Connor's wife Nina dies, it seems like Tabitha and Connor's love story may have a happy ending - but all is not what it appears. Who is telling the truth and who can be trusted?
If you are looking for a few hours of escapism and a thriller that draws you in, has plenty of twists and turns and keeps you guessing right to the end, then I would recommend this - whilst perhaps not the "best in class" due primarily to somewhat unlikeable characters and moments the plot got a little far-fetched, it was a fun, wild ride. It was an easy read, certainly kept me entertained and I read it quickly wanting to know what happens. I will certainly read other books by the author in future.
