This is a book I normally would not have chosen. However having read the extract I was definitely gripped and wanting to read more. Now having read the full book it is a great read, gripping and full of suspense. It may appear a little slow at the beginning as we are told that the wife suspects she is going to be murdered by her husband and then turns up dead. the story then takes a slight turn to the story of the suspected other woman and her connection to the husband when they were children. This I found made the plot a little slow going as it seemed a bit irrelevant to the actual death. I soon found that it did matter though and that I became engrossed by this character also.
It is a brilliant thriller full of suspense and drama and I would recommend it, and if you find it becomes a bit slow stick with it because its worth it.
