This book was filled with twists and turns that I didn't expect until they were unfolding in front of me. The first few chapters sucked me in and I was hooked. I enjoyed how the book flicked between the perspective of the two wives (past and present), I felt that gave the book an extra level of detail for how Nina was feeling and how the relationships broke down.

I found the middle of the book a little slow but soon picked up towards the end of the book, where a lot of evidence was revealed and all the dots started being connected. The ending of the book felt rather rushed with all the action happening within the last few chapters.

The ending of the story was nice, it was nice to have a character not influenced by the large amounts of money in play.

I would recommend this book, and I plan to pick up another book by Michele Campbell again soon.
