I am feeling a bit mixed after reading this. It is a fast paced read and quite a page turner. Right from the start we know that the first wife, Nina, has found something out and shortly after is found dead. Shortly after Connor marries Tabatha, his teenage love. Unfortunately Connor is really unlikeable, I didn't like how he treated Tabatha and was willing her to just go home rather than trying to please him all the time. Saying that there are some interesting characters, it would have been good to have a bit more backstory about some of them to get me a bit more invested in the characters. Overall I think the writing style is very good but I found the whole thing a bit unbelievable. The ending was unexpected and a bit different.
