I won't lie, this started off so good and then quickly went into a bit of a disappointing read. I think I really enjoyed A Stranger on the Beach that I did end up comparing them a little. However, just after half way through I was hooked again!
Fast paced, twist and turns, shocking discoveries and I just love it when it all falls together. It really makes you think twice about living up the rich lifestyle with its backstabbing, lies and those who seek to overthrow you; really seems to be a lot of work to enjoy the riches. I also didn't really take to the characters at the beginning but still felt so strongly about them, I love how much Michelle manipulates, ensuring you're rooting for her characters
