Daring, promising, and a little bit regal.

After a first look, this book appears to be a fresh and quirky take on the British royal family. It's a daring move to make, writing a fictional book with the Queen as the main character, but so far it appears really elegantly executed. Despite the regality of the premise of the novel, it strikes me to be promising because of how it managed to maintain relatability even in its earliest chapters.

The title immediately drew my attention and the vibrant colours of the cover immediately made me want to grab for this book. I think this is definitely one to read with a corgi balanced on your lap!
