I have read the preview of this book and honestly is one I do not regret reading. Reading the familiar names of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles was great but also seeing then in a different context. It is a great read and one which i would like to read more of. Great structure and not to fast a pace to keep up with to quickly. A take on the royal family I have not seen or heard before.
The book takes place in Windsor Castle at an eat and sleep (like a sleepover for adults) where sadly a man dies. The Queen senses she is not being told the true nature of how he died. She finds out that in was in a sexual manner and her and Phillip share a moment together discussing how sad it is where she shares how she feels it is sad that in Phillips words they see her as a “little old lady in a hat.”
It is a great read and i would recommend to anyone.
