The first synopsis I read really got me hooked on the idea of our queen being a secret detective solving murder mysteries. I was extremely excited about getting my hands on this book and oh boy was I not disappointed. From the moment I opened the first page and started to read, I could tell by the writing style, which I loved, that it was defiantly going to be a book for me. As someone who adores Agatha Christie and other classic detective novels, this was the book for me and the book for you if you have a similar interest. The story isn't complicated or trying to be overly clever or smart, it really is just a fun little detective story involving the queen of England. If you're after and easy read, one to sit by the fire on a cold, winters evening or just something to pass the time while at home, then this is the book for you. Absolutely loved it and will be looking to buy other books by this author.
