Having read both The Curious Heart of Ailsa Rae and Lost for Words, both of which I really enjoyed, I was always going to read Stephanie Butland's latest novel.
It certainly feels very different to the other books, but that's a good thing, and I look forward to finding out where it is going . I liked the different techniques that have been used in the opening pages, and suspect the style is going to be interesting, with challenging subject matter.
