I love this book!!!
This book tells the story of two feminists. It is written in various chapters from different characters' points of view at different points in time. It is a compelling read and I enjoyed finding out about Leonie and Vee's relationship with each other and with other characters in the story, as well as learning some history. I liked how certain chapters listed key events from that year in history. Reading this book, I learnt more about photography and feminism. It changes the way you think about society and the decisions that you make. I wasn't keen on the cover of the book so was glad I'd read the first look. The actual feel of the book is very nice: lightweight and soft pages. Me and my sister have enjoyed discussing issues raised in the story and applying them to real life. This is a great book and the author should very much feel proud of her work!
