The story of 20th and 21st-century feminism told through the life of one woman. This book follows the story of Veronic (Vee) Moon as she meets Leonie at the Dagenham picket line in the 1960s and becomes involved in her feminist ideas and social circle. The story follows their friendship over the years. We find out that a picture Veronica took of Leonie effectively ended her photographic career - why?
