So like all of my reviews, I will be reading the first look and writing my thoughts.
So in the prologue, you find out about Cecily Finn a 97 year old woman who is being visited by Kate Parker a 40 year old woman at Laurderdale House For Exceptional Ladies. Kate is moving in with her - what I am assuming - boyfriend, yet Cecily is warning her about what could happen, but Kate brushes these thoughts away.
Okay so this book seems like a friendship between a 97 year old and a 40 year old. I'm hoping that Cecily will be giving advice that we can take on board.
So after reading Part one, I've realised that most of the novel is written in present tense, this is quite strange for me but it could be good!
So I'm not sure if I would buy this book as I'm not too into the storyline....
