I really enjoyed reading "The Woman Who Wanted More". This is a story about how a women nearing her 40s takes control of her life and learns a lot from an unlikely friendship with a lady in her 90s.
From reading the preview I wasn't sure about this book as the cover doesn’t give much away.
However, once I got into the book it was great learning about Kate and Cecily and seeing how their relationship developed.
This book is nice because it has a key character who is an older person. This is something that is missing from a lot of stories. As we could all learn a lot from people experiences.
The book is well written and is easy to read. It is a book that is both funny and sad and I loved that the character of Cecily is based on a real person!
