This isn’t what I would usually go for but after reading the first impressions extract, I was pulled in. It uplifting and heartbreaking and I’m convinced that every woman can relate to Kate in one way or a thousand. The descriptive ability of the author is really down through the way she talks about food! Do not read on an empty stomach!
The insight of a older woman who has lived a rich, full life combined with the relatable struggle of a woman approaching forty and wondering where she’s going in life.
If you love an unlikely friendship story or a female centric easy read then this is 100% for you!
Even if you don’t, I would suggest it to everyone because I surprised myself and it could well surprise you too.
Perfect for anyone looking for some new recipes to try! It’s a story-cum-cookbook with some really amazing looking ideas for your next dinner party.
