Though I'm not the target audience I feel like I need to hear this message. If at my age I need to hear it then it's great to educate children. Though we only read the start of this book it is going in a good direction. I love the illustration and the diverse main character and the varied animals. I hope it contains it also contains illustrations of less popular creatures (perhaps like snakes)
