Whilst the illustrations are lovely, and the overarching message is an important one, I couldn't actually see a story here. Just an affirmation on every page, telling the reader it's Ok to question themselves.
I found myself looking at the images and trying to work out the connection to the text - is one of the elephants, leaving the herd? Do they even do that? And then he becomes friend with a zebra?
Maybe the story comes later.
