As someone with a very young niece, I've been doing a lot of thinking recently about what it would be like to grow up nowadays with all the pressure of social media and the constant feeling of needing to be better and better.
Even as someone with a relatively stable life, I still feel the waves of influence that people and social media hit you with, I can only imagine that it's amplified for children.
So, it's really reassuring to see children's books tackling these issues and letting children know that it's ok to not always have the answers and to simply be yourself is more than good enough.
