A beautiful children's book. The pages are stunning and the story is one that will last a lifetime. Through glimpses of how children see the world and how we ought to live in harmony, they will learn the beauty of humankind. The pictures are pretty and the words are accessible for children in primary school. Although the book is for my daughter, I often find myself reflecting back on it and wanting to read it again and again. The journey the book takes you on is one of magic and perseverance. It is heartwarming and touching and I will forever have space on my shelf and want to recommend for years to come. It feels very moralistic and you can make the children feel special when reading. My favourite part was the determination of the young boy. I love when books have no age limit and this is one that will be special to not just children but adults alike!
