Me and my 4 year old really liked this book!
The colours and the pictures are really pretty and calming, and the message behind the book is really helpful for our kids (who tend to give up after just one try if it doesn't work) so I hope with time and re-reading the book regularly the message will really shine through.
I liked the size of the book as it was easy to hold in one hand whilst snuggling my daughter, but also still big enough that we could each hold one side comfortably too.
The pages had just enough writing on them that you didn't rush through the book and could enjoy the pictures on each page without having too big a break between the words to do so.
I thought some of the pages were a little oddly worded, so it didn't always flow as well as it could have.
Overall it's a lovely book and one I would definitely buy as gifts for other children, probably best suited for those under 10 I'd say.
