I simply loved this book, it’s most definitely aimed at a younger audience but I’m absolutely obsessed with the such ease and flow of the book. The illustrations in this picture book are truly beautiful and they’re brought alongside these positive, uplifting messages for young readers. It surely is a heart-warming book as i myself can almost envision the atmosphere and imagery created by the author!! I think this is a great book for children as it really does engage with some fascinating concepts, and I think that it would be a great book to start off with when beginning your reading journey at a young age. I wish books like this were available around my time as it teaches children that it’s ok to not always be first, and I think that is something that should be spread around. I would say it’s most certainly a great read for young readers!!
