This was a lovely looking book by Karl Newson, and has beautiful illustrations by Clara Anganuzzi.

The story has a lovely subtle message about being you, because your best is enough, with emphasis on family, happy memories and enjoying each other.

Although the story was nice, I was not sure what age it was aimed at, maybe older than my 4 year old grandchildren who struggled to understand it. However, they did enjoy the pictures of the animals playing, especially the elephants and enjoyed spotting all the butterflies and finding the tiny mouse on each of the pages.

Not quite my cup of tea, which is why I only gave it 3 stars, but nevertheless a lovely children's book, and one that I can put aside for when my grandchildren are older and will understand the story a bit better, as well as enjoying the pictures. Maybe a book for multiple age groups.
