Actually the clear messages of empowerment, possibilities and encouragement are applicable and relatable to anyone of any age.
The themes of self discovery, it being ok to get things wrong and being yourself are so important for young people in this crazy world of technology, fast pace, judgement and social media.
I found the image on the front cover with the young person and the polar bear looking towards the sky particularly poignant and the back cover of the two penguins arm in arm together just beautiful. I cannot praise the illustrations throughout the book enough.
