I read this book with my son over the weekend and what a fantastic read it was! We both thoroughly enjoyed the illustrations in this book, the front cover really draws you in with it's vibrancy.
Being an educational book it wasn't one that was bogged down with information, it was set out in a way as a reader you can learn in a fun way.
Lots of interesting facts, not only did my son learn some new facts but so did I!
There are sections to suit all interests but my sons favourite was transport and my section was food and drink.
This would make a great gift for any kid age 6-9 and probably older too as it fun, enjoyable and can be looked through at any section, I'm sure when we read it again we will pick up on bits we missed or illustrations that we missed on our first read through.
I would love to see another book like this in the future as I'm sure this would be a great series, fun for kids in school to help with learning.
