The cover isn't very exciting, but I love the idea of the book. I haven't read anything about the Belfast Blitz before, it's always the London Blitz that is written about, so I welcome reading about this fresh angle. The characters sound really good, ones I could relate to and I'm interested there's a same-sex relationship explored, as again, this seems new for a World War II story.
