Enjoy reading novels set during this period and intrigued by the sisterly dynamic.

I was excited by the first impression as I always enjoy novels set during WWII right up to the 1950s as I find the period endlessly fascinating. Once I started reading I found the prose both engaging and uncluttered and I like the idea of looking at two sisters lives travelling on very different paths. I’m an even bigger fan of girls who like girls so I claimed this book with my points.
