A twist on a familiar premise
I wouldn't normally gravitate towards this sort of cover but I understand the concept - this novel is set in a small English country village and that's what I get from the illustration.
Usually this sort of setting wouldn't be my thing but I loved Ayisha Malik's Sofia Khan books and the way she injects humour into her writing. The premise intrigues me and I'm interested in Bilal as a character. I enjoyed the pages and want to read on.
