This seems like it will be a nice and easy, pleasant read. I quite like the retro style of the cover - like a view on a 1920/30s tourism poster. I enjoyed the caricatured picture of village life and look forward to reading about the inevitable fallout when Shelley finds out about Bilal's plan to build a mosque, thus upsetting the balance of her efficiently run village.
