From the first page of this book, you're reflecting not only your own actions but of those around you.
It brings a sense of realisation that people do actually behave in such ludicrous ways and how one action within your life, an action that you don't think of having that much of an impact, can change the way other's think or feel - for better or for worse.
As the story progresses, you feel like an additional member of Babble's End who is so unsure about what is going to happen to the village.

The main characters were all relatable, they made you think of someone you know in your own life (and at times, that may even be yourself).

A book about love, life and ultimately faith - not just in religion, but in yourself too.
