I found this book very heartwarming and very thought provoking. I liked seeing the Muslim characters in the book being reflected so honestly and authentically. This book is about faith, kindness, the spirit of unity and love. The book has a wide range of characters who are interesting, endearing and occasionally infuriating. The book answers the important questions about identity and community and shows that human connection can transcend race, faith, gender culture and even language, if we let it.
The main characters for me are relate able and i can feel a connection to them.
