I don’t like writing bad reviews when the author has worked so hard for a long time to write a book. I don’t often write bad reviews so this is very hard for me to do.
I tried for a long time to enjoy this book but, it just wasn’t holding my interest so unfortunately I have to admit, I did give up halfway through.
I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t in the right frame of mind for this type of book as, I have read other ethnic books and have really enjoyed them. This is a book I will put aside for now and then maybe, I will retry later and then you never know I may enjoy it.
I will pass it on to family members and friends to read and see what they think of it.
