I would actually give this a 3.5 star rating. For the most part i enjoyed this book, it felt like i was watching the characters in real life, and i read it in one sitting because it was so compelling.
However, I honestly disliked pretty much all of the characters. Zara was fine as a main character but some of the stuff she did was just annoying and so stupid. Adnan was a doormat i don't understand why he did half the things he did. Cami was honestly a shitty person, and the reveal for why she acted the way she did was underwhelming in my opinion and did not justify a lot of her actions. Yahya was probably the character I liked the most.
I am happy with the ending and who ended up with who, I like that it was not predicatable especially with the theme of romcom's throughout the book but I still feel a bit underwhelmed with the story as a whole. I would still recommend for anyone who wants a quick romance read.
