Portrayed as a young adult love story, but as a mature lady i was still able to feel and remember the longing for your very own love story, and empathised with Zara and her attempt to be a loving friend to Adnan. My younger daughter read it too and thoroughly enjoyed it, so it can appeal to all ages.
