Although this book wasn't the best thing I've ever read, it was still good. I found it a very easy read which is nice and it introduced me to lots about Desi culture that I had never encountered before. I think that sometimes the events that played out felt a bit fast for me, like the main character very often didn't know what was happening because she hadn't seen her phone. It seems a bit unlikely to me that so much would happen in such a short space of time but I understand why it happened that way for the plot. The ending was not at all what I was expecting, which was refreshing as I thought this book was going to be very predictable. I do think that this book is very much written for modern teens today which is nice, as it shows a lot of interactions over online modes of chat such as discord. It wasn't exactly my cup of tea but I would recommend it to teens more!
