In my opinion "This is how you fall in love" is a good book suited to teenagers. It tells the story of Zara and Adnan who are South Asian teenagers. They are best friends and their families are very close and want them to be a couple. When Adnan starts a secret relationship with Cami he asks Zara to be his fake girlfriend. Many problems ensue for Zara because of the deception! I am much older than the target age so was slightly bored in a few places where Zara is worrying over things that are very important to teenagers but perhaps less so for adults but overall enjoyed it. I found it refreshing that you can't guess which boyfriend Zara will end up with as in most books you can pretty much guess from the start! I also liked how the main characters are South Asian. It is good to read stories about people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Overall a good book.
