A fresh and exciting summer read set in the beautiful Tuscan hills, Josephine Moon captures the realities of life in a gripping romance.
Whilst this is a romance at heart, I really enjoyed that there was a deeper side to the story. Moon approaches mental illness with refreshing honesty and I found this element of the story particularly interesting. It gave me a different perspective on what it's like to live with a mental illness for life without making the story too heavy. I was definitely invested in the characters, I'd go so far as to say that this book had me on tenterhooks! The storyline was not predictable and did not disappoint. The setting was absolutely stunning and Moon's descriptions were dreamlike. This is a well thought out, fascinating story, perfect for summer.
