The premise has been done before and works well as we always have near strangers living in close proximity to us and fear who those people may be. What makes this different than most is all the main characters are females which is also who the target audience seems to be, although why books written by females with female leads have to be marketed to females I don't know. The cover looks a little too nice though, not sinister enough.
