The synopsis totally grabbed me, as did the subject matter. Neighbours.
I wasn't entirely expecting anything other than straight into chapter one but there's what appears to be a group text exchange at the beginning of the book as a prologue prior to diving in. Each chapter is told from the POV of a different neighbour and already I'm looking forward to learning more about each. More invested early on than I anticipated!
