The blurb/synopsis is intriguing & Reading that alone, I would buy it.
From reading the first snippets we are given, it seems an easy read, easy to get into and don't think I would get bored. Actually, I think it would be one I would enjoy more than I think, by the end.
I think there is something 'nosey' about reading this type of genre, even though it is fiction, so the topic of neighbours fits well.
