Looking at the front cover, my first impression was its nice, the colours look great, would stand out on a shelf.
After reading the extract I found myself immersed in the story and the characters. I love the chat between them on messaging/WhatsApp, very modern/with the times. The characters seem very relatable. I live in a close knit Close and could picture my neighbours being just like the characters. I enjoy the secrets side of the story, you never know what happens behind closed doors!!
