A nice easy read with a likeable bunch of characters.
I liked the sound of this book from the blurb - I do like stories about the tangled webs people weave.
We meet the inhabitants of Pine Road in Dublin and are privy to the Pine Road Ladies Poker WhatsApp Group. Whilst we dive into the homes & lives of many of the residents - we mainly get to know Edie - a young married who just wants to fit in, Robin - a single Mum looking to better her life for her and her son Jack & Martha - who has moved to pine road under very mysterious circumstances. We find out how each of the neighbours are connected, who is hiding secrets from whom, who wrote the list? What is Shay’s problem? Why has Martha moved and above all - who has taken Rita-Anne’s newspapers. A really enjoyable read.
