I fell in love with each and every character, especially Carmel, who is Robin’s mum. She reminded me a lot of my own Mammy.
Im pretty jealous too that I'm not part of the street Whats app group.
Its not often i find myself actually Laughing Out Loud at books, but i did with this one. It brought me joy, and sadness at the struggles each character has, and tackles certain issues with care and kindness.
Im extremely sad to have finished this book. It would definitely be one i take off my shelf again and revisit. I wish books like that never ended.
