I thoroughly enjoyed this intriguing and mysterious book and I was hooked from the beginning, the writing kept me invested throughout.
The author cleverly intertwines the characters lives whilst not revealing all the secrets among them to enable exciting twists that you won’t see coming at the end.
Including the dialogue from the cul-de-sac instant messaging group added a great modern day element to the text which I imagine is very relatable for so many readers. I’m sure nearly everyone can picture their own neighbours as different characters within this book.
The instant messages also help to make you feel more connected to the characters and fully immerse you into the story so feel like you’re living on the street with them.
