I really enjoyed this book, it was funny, endearing, dark and unpredictable. Intrigued by what goes on behind closed doors, it didn’t take me long to fly through the chapters. There were unexpected twists and laugh out loud moments and I liked the contemporary feel of the novel with the dialogue of the main characters often told through WhatsApp. It’s an entertaining read, that is well written and it explores serious issues. Set in Dublin, the book portrays a close knit community where not everything is as it seems. I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to those who like an easy and enjoyable read. It’s one of my top books of 2019. Give it a try! Everybody loves good neighbours after all!
